Growing up, going to dance you always had to be EXTRA prepared.
So, you're probably thinking, what is EXTRA? Simple, you walk-in already wearing your leotards and tights, but you must also make sure you have everything you need to be prepared for dance class and the possible "what if" moments.
Of course, depending on your level of training, what you find in your bag may vary. Let's start with the basics that everyone should have.
If you're a dancer, you want to make sure to always have extra leotard and tights in your bag. Tights get holes and leo's get sweaty. If you are going all day this may help you feel a refresh in between class.

*All dancers should have a dance book to take notes and dates for your scheduled classes. It is a good place to not forget your assignments and given vocabulary for dance terminology.
*Appropriate hairstyles call for you to have your bag ready just in case your hair begins to move out of place, you don't want it to become a distraction. So don't forget to grab your hair ties, pins, scrunchies, and hair clips.
*Staying hydrated is also key, so you always want to make sure you have a bottle of water that is secure and spill proof. Since you may want to place your water bottle in your bag, M.A.D.E has tagged a great inexpensive bottle for any age. See below.
*Being safe is the most important thing we always want to keep in mind when doing high performance activities. So, we're definitely going to find some foot wraps or a band aid somewhere in our bag. We all know how a split toe feels. OUCH!
